This policy applies to SV ExportSure AI subscriptions and services.
Cancellation:
Customers may request cancellation by contacting contact@srivaribusiness.com
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically qualify for refunds.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be considered when:
• Duplicate payments occur
• Service activation fails due to our technical issue
• Incorrect billing occurs
• Refund is required by applicable law
Non-Refundable Situations:
• Change of mind
• Non-use after activation
• User-side technical limitations
• Expired subscription periods
• Services already utilized
• Violations of platform terms
Refund Requests:
Requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment with transaction details.
Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
